Instructions: Entering an IT Help Desk self-service ticket

Once signed in with your UNE email address and password, select Submit New Ticket from the Self-Service menu on the left of the screen

Enter your last name in the User/Caller field and then click on the search icon next to it - select your name from the list that is generated. All other fields marked with | must be completed. Use the search icon next to Building and Room if you wish to enter this information.

Use the Short Description to indicate briefly what the ticket is for:

e.g.

  • Unable to access my voice mail
  • I have a virus on my computer
  • I cannot sign into my email account

  • Then use the Description field to give us a more information:
